Tea & Me had to be cuddly and huggable. It had to be washable and warm the heart of a child faced with a hospital stay. These were Gramma Kathy’s thoughts when the call came. Her four year old granddaughter, once again, was dealing with complications of juvenile diabetes and a weak immune system.
Gramma Kathy delivered the first plush Tea & Me set to her precious Emily. Emi was soon occupied with offering her family and friends tea and cookies. Emily now uses an insulin pump, is in kindergarten, happy and well.
